Nick & Ally Giordano
Nick and Ally first met in 2010, discovering a shared passion for entrepreneurship and a love for travel that would shape their future together.
Nick brought his expertise from the food and beverage industry, while Ally had a background in high-end resort sales. Their mutual aspirations led them to leave their corporate careers in 2016, embarking on a six-month backpacking adventure across South America—an experience that deepened their bond and inspired their next chapter.
Before setting off, they purchased seven apartment units and a condo near the slopes of Heavenly Mountain, which soon became their inaugural short-term rental. Over the years, they diversified their ventures by building an eCommerce platform, launching a food truck business, and managing short-term rental properties. Along this journey, they faced numerous lessons, refining their approach and expertise.
In 2019, they decided to focus entirely on short-term rentals, turning it into a thriving seven-figure business. Today, Nick and Ally have perfected the art of short-term rental management, leveraging cutting-edge technology, streamlined systems, and virtual assistants. With their wealth of experience and innovative mindset, they are now poised to expand into the boutique hotel industry, eager to bring their unique touch to the next level.
Jordan and Dessi Korczak
Jordan is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur with a passion for transforming properties and creating exceptional guest experiences. After earning a degree in construction management, Jordan built a successful career as a commercial project manager in Long Beach.
At the age of 27, he began flipping homes, completing over a dozen successful projects to date.
Now primarily focused on commercial real estate, Jordan owns and manages three Airbnb properties in Tahoe. In 2021, he took on his most ambitious project yet — the complete renovation of a distressed motel. His vision and dedication turned it into The Tahoe Mountain Inn, a sought-after vacation destination in South Lake Tahoe. Building on that success, he recently acquired the neighboring motel, which is currently undergoing a full renovation.
When he’s not overseeing projects, Jordan embraces Tahoe’s outdoor lifestyle. He enjoys mountain biking in the summer, often accompanied by his French bulldog, Lilly, and snowboarding through the winter months.

Dessi is a dynamic real estate professional and entrepreneur with a passion for luxury living and design. After earning her degree in Business Management and Marketing, she built an impressive career working in South Africa before settling in Lake Tahoe. Since starting her real estate journey, Dessi has successfully sold over $10 million in residential properties, specializing in luxury homes and bespoke vacation retreats.
In addition to her real estate ventures, Dessi manages several exclusive properties in Lake Tahoe. Her entrepreneurial spirit also shines through her passion project — a chic dog accessory boutique inspired by her beloved Frenchie, Lilly, and Labradoodle, Rosie.
When she's not helping clients find their dream homes, Dessi enjoys exploring Tahoe’s natural beauty. She spends her summers hiking and boating on the lake and embraces the winter season on the ski slopes. Her dedication to her clients, love for the outdoors, and entrepreneurial drive make her a true Tahoe local with a flair for excellence.
